Цель достигаетс  замачиванием целых сем н пшеницы в течение 3 ч при 32JC в 0,5%-ном растворе 2,3. 5-трнфенилтетпа ю i- хлорида, в который добавл ют 0,8-1,2 об % октилфонолполиэтиленгликоль „фира (тритона X-iOO). Использование изобретени  позвол ет в 5 раз сократить врем  проведени  анализа. 1 табл.The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in determining the viability of this seed. Пример. Целые семена пшеницы замачивают в течение 3 ч при 32°С в 0,5%-ном растворе 2, 3, 5-трифенилтетра олхлорида, в который добавл ют 0.8-1,2 об.% октил- фенолполиэтиленгликоль эфира (тритона X- 100). После замачивани  семена промывают водой, раскладывают на влажную фильтровальную бумагу и просматривают невооруженным глазом.. Подсчет жизнеспособных сем н провод т по количеству сем ч с окрашенным зародышеьым концом зерновки.Example.
