Description
The invention relates to a measurement technique, namely, devices for monitoring the level of a liquid medium.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of controlling the level of a liquid medium,
На фиг,1 изображен один из возможных вариантов устройства дл контрол уровн жидкой среды; на фиг.2 - разрез А-А на фиг.1 (расположение измерительных источника и приемника ионизирующего излуче- ни ).Fig. 1 shows one of the possible variants of a device for monitoring the level of a liquid medium; Fig. 2 shows a section A-A in Fig. 1 (the location of the measuring source and receiver of ionizing radiation).
The device comprises a measuring ionizing radiation source 1 and a measuring ionizing radiation receiver 2 located on opposite sides of the tank 3. fixed on the housing 4 and made with a stirrer 5 placed in a liquid medium 6 having a variable density, and the display unit 7. At the same time, the measuring ionizing radiation source 1 is mounted with the possibility of directing the ionizing radiation flux 8 through the level of the liquid medium 6 in the tank 3 at an acute angle to its flat surface.
При этом дополнительный приемник 11 ионизирующего излучени жестко укреплен на корпусе 4 и подключен выходом к второму входу блока 9 вычитани .The device also contains a subtraction unit 9 connected by an output to the input of the display unit 7 and connected by a primary input to the output of the measuring receiver 2 of ionizing radiation rigidly fixed on the housing 4 with which the measuring source of ionizing radiation 1 is rigidly connected, and additional source 10 and receiver 11 ionizing radiation located on opposite sides of the liquid medium. 6 in the reservoir 3. An additional ionizing radiation source 10 is rigidly mounted on the housing 4 with the possibility of forming a flow of ionizing radiation in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the ionizing radiation flux 8 of the measuring ionizing radiation source 1. In this case, the additional ionizing radiation receiver 11 is rigidly fixed on the housing 4 and connected by an output to the second input of the subtraction unit 9.
The device for controlling the level of the liquid medium works as follows.
5.The ionizing radiation flux 8 of the measuring ionizing radiation source 1 intersects at an acute angle the flat surface level of the liquid medium 6 in the reservoir 3 and enters the measuring ionizing radiation receiver 2. In this case, the measuring receiver 2 of ionizing radiation generates an electrical signal containing a component. which characterizes the change in the level of the liquid medium, and the component determined by the change in the density of the liquid medium B and the influence of the stirrer 5.
The ionizing radiation flux of the additional ionizing radiation source 10 passes through the liquid medium 6 in the tank 3 to the additional ionizing radiation receiver 11, which generates an electrical signal characterizing the change in the level of the liquid medium
5.0 6 and the effect of the stirrer 5.
The signals of the measuring receiver 2 of ionizing radiation and the additional receiver 11 of ionizing radiation are fed to the first and second inputs
5 of the subtraction block-9, which produces a signal characterizing the change in the level of the liquid medium 6 in the tank 3. The signal of the subtraction block b is fed to the block 7 of indications, the transposition position of the level
