Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл приготовлени гипсовых растворов и позвол ет повысить производительность. Смеситель содержит установленный посредством опор с возможностью поворота-смесительный барабан 2 с загрузочпо-разгрузочными отверсти ми 11 и 12 и закрепленную на палу 13 рамку 14. Он снабжен механизмом 10 фиксации барабана 2 и приспособлением дл нат жени уплотнител , выполненным в виде расположенной на боковой поверхности барабана 2 над загруэочно-раэгрузочным отверстием 11 ленты из эластичного материала , один конец которой прикреплен к раме 1, а другой соединен с приспособлением дл нат жени . Смесительный барабан 2 устанавливаетс в положение загрузки (фиг.2), когда отверсти 11 и 12 занимают положени под течками 20 и 21. Включаютс дозаторы гипса и воды, и происходит загрузка смесител . После окончани загрузки смесительный ба- рабан 2 при помоци цепной передачи 9 и механизма 10 поворачиваетс и ксируетс в позиции перемешивани . Отверсти 11 и 12 закрываютс уплотнителем 18. Включаетс электродвигатель 16, и через клиноременную передачу Т5 рамка 14 начинает вращатьс , перемешива при этом гипс с водой. По окончании перемешивани барабан 2 через цепную передачу 9 и посредством механизма 10 поворачиваетс назад, Фиксируетс в положении выгрузки .
