Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности процесса за счет повышени стабильности полугидрата сульфата кальци и сокращени простоев оборудовани .The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of the process by increasing the stability of calcium sulfate hemihydrate and reducing equipment downtime.
Example 1. In the first section of the extractor 56.6 t / h of apatite concentrate at 100 ° C for 90 minutes process
При этом в газовую фазу переходит 11,3 т/ч водыa mixture of 137.2 t / h of circulating phosphoric acid and 129.2 kg / h of fluoride salts (56.6 kg and 72.6 kg of NaF), as well as 38.7 t / h (93%) of sulfuric acid (70% of the total quantities). The consumption of fluoride salts relative to the sulfuric acid fed to the first section is 0.2 parts F per 100 parts H2SO4. The concentration of calcium sulfate in the liquid phase of the pulp is 0.5%. Next, the suspension is treated with the remaining 16.5 t / h of sulfuric acid at 100 ° C for 2.5 hours in the subsequent sections of the extractor. In this case, 11.3 t / h of water passes into the gas phase.
т PaOs.and fluoride compounds trapped in the adsorption step. 237.6 t / h of the suspension is filtered on two K-50 rotary vacuum filters, and b 1.3 t / h of an extract of ionic phosphoric acid containing 35% P20b are obtained, as well as a wet sediment subjected to countercurrent washing using 52, 5 t / h of hot water. As a result, 88.9 t / h of calcium sulfate hemihydrate and 137.2 t / h of circulating phosphoric acid are formed, which are not mixed with 129.2 kg / h of fluoride salts. The duration of hydration of O.BNaO in a weak solution of phosphoric acid (0.7% H3PRO-i) is 50% at 4.8 hours, the average rate of hydration at full hydration is 0.07 kmol / m3-h, which ensures the degree of use of the equipment 70 % and the annual system performance 132 thousand tons PaOs.
т Р2О5/Г (фильтр К-100).In a known method, phosphoric acid is obtained by treating apatite concentrate with circulating phosphoric acid, circulating pulp and sulfuric acid in an amount of 40-80% of the total consumption, the time of this stage is 1.5-3.2 h, and the concentration in the liquid phase of CaOc pulp is 0.6 -2.5%. In the second stage, the remaining amount of sulfuric acid and pulp of the first m of the second stage is introduced, countercurrently mixed. The method improves the productivity of the process by reducing the hydration rate of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to 0.18-0.25 mol CaSCM / M3 h. em 110-121 kt of P2O5 / G (filter K-100).
фильтра 100 м2).Table 1 shows the effect of the consumption of fluoride salts, taken to prepare a mixture with a circulating solution of phosphoric acid, on the stability of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to hydration and the productivity of a typical extraction system (filter surface 100 m2).
As follows from Table 1, a decrease in the consumption of fluoride salts of less than 0.2 hours is associated with the crystallization of a relatively unstable calcium hydrate sulfate hemihydrate, which is prone to hydration due to a small amount of modifying additive, and increasing its dosage level to over 0.45 hours therefore undesirable (increased consumption of control reagents). Formation of a mixture of circulating phosphoric acid and fluoride salts by introducing the latter in the form of an aqueous solution to the washing of calcium sulphate hemi-half provides some enhancement of the positive effect, due to more complete complexation as the washing solutions are concentrated on the filter.
A positive effect is achieved when processing phosphate raw materials at the first
Последнее позвол ет сократить простой оборудовани и повысить производительность процесса.the stage is part of sulfuric acid (30-70% of the total flow), circulating pulp and a preliminarily prepared mixture of circulating phosphoric acid and fluoride salts of sodium and aluminum, taken at a rate of 0.20-0.45. fluorine per 100 hours H2S04 fed to the first stage of decomposition. The specified conditions for the implementation of the first stage at 95-115 ° C and duration of 15-90 minutes enhance the complex formation of aluminum ions and fluorine, their sorption on the faces of the calcium sulfate hemihydrate crystals, which contributes to the aggregation of the particles of the latter with the formation of uniform to water build-ups. The latter makes it possible to reduce simple equipment and increase the productivity of the process.

As follows from Table 2, the reduction in the processing time of the phosphate raw material is less than 15 minutes, due to the crystallization of the relatively unstable calcium sulfate hemihydrate, and the increase in the interaction time is more than 90 minutes. does not enhance the positive effect and, therefore, is undesirable (the volume of equipment increases). The introduction of less than 30 or more than 70% sulfuric acid to the phosphate raw material processing stage is also associated with
