Description
The invention relates to instrumentation in condensing engineering and can be used to measure the specific capacitance and loss tangent of the foil used to manufacture electrolytic capacitors.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the electrical parameters of the foil, by determining and accounting for the parameters of the measuring electrodes, and expanding the functionality of the sensor, by installing a control electrode with stable parameters.
The drawing shows a sensor for measuring electrical parameters of a foil with,
Это необходимо дл поддержани стабильных параметров электродов за счет снижени химических и электрохимических процессов, проте- кающих в электролите„The sensor is made of a dielectric base 1, on which the measuring electrode 2 and the guard electrode 3 surrounding it are placed, as well as the control electrode 4 covering the guard electrode 3. The material of the control electrode 4 of the sensor is a valve metal coated with oxide metal, for example, tantalum, and a positive potential is supplied to the control electrode 4. The material for the measuring electrode 2 and the guard electrode 3 is a metal coated with an oxide layer, such as tin, lead, and a negative potential is applied to these electrodes. This is necessary to maintain stable parameters of the electrodes by reducing chemical and electrochemical processes occurring in the electrolyte.
2.The guard electrodes 3 serve to eliminate edge effects and create a uniform electric field in the measurement zone between the measuring electrodes 2 and the foil 5, thereby limiting the measured portion of the foil 5, the area of which with a uniform electric field is equal to the apparent geometric area of the measuring electrodes 2 .
Sensors are usually attached to additional bases with protruding shoulders designed to prevent the electrode surface from contacting the foil and fixing the distance of the electrodes to the foil. When measuring, the foil is fixed
симметрично между двум датчиками с помощью этих буртиков„symmetrically between the two sensors using these shoulders "
The sensor operation is based on a preliminary measurement of the parameters of the measuring electrodes 2, which are advisable to measure with respect to the control electrodes 4, which have stable parameters, as well as on the possibility of providing the measuring electrodes 4 with the same electric mode as in measuring the parameters of the foil 5 the rhythm of switching on and the magnitude of the current flowing through them.
Thus, the use of sensors for measuring the electrical parameters of the foil, to which, besides the measuring and guard electrodes, there are also control electrodes with stable and known parameters, improves the accuracy of measuring the electrical parameters of the foil, as well as additionally determines the electrical parameters of the measuring electrodes.
The most efficient use of the sensor is an automatic continuous non-destructive monitoring of foil parameters directly during its processing, which allows reducing technological losses and increasing
качество фольги.foil quality.
