Description
The invention relates to a technique of ventilation and air conditioning.
16,The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy and capital costs and increase the efficiency of the air drying process. The drawing shows a diagram of an installation for cooling an air-conditioned air conditioner. The installation for cooling an air conditioner contains the main air duct 1 and the surface heat exchanger-cooler 2 located in the duct 1, a sorption dehumidifier 3 with a weak 4 and a concentrated 5 sorbent solution; supplement with% 7 mortar heat exchangers, a helioregenerator 8, boosters 9 and 10 of the dissolving movement, sprays 11 and a pallet 12. In addition, the installation contains an irrigation chamber 13 with a circuit 14 circus water, additional air duct 15 with surface heat exchanger-cooler 16 placed in it,
18.an irrigation chamber 17 with a water circuit 18.
6.The surface heat exchangers-coolers 2 and 16, mainly 1 and an additional 15 air channels, are connected in parallel to the circuit 4 for the circulation of a weak sorbent solution between the pallet 12 of the sorption dryer 3 and the main solution heat exchanger 6.
The unit for cooling the conditioned air works as follows.
CiOutside air, the passage through the main and additional 5 air ducts, is cooled in heat exchangers — cooling tower 2 and 16, respectively. The air cooled in the additional air channel 15 enters the irrigation chamber 17, where, cooling, o; at the same time lowers the temperature of the water in the circulation circuit 18, which, passing through an additional solvent heat exchanger 7, lowers the temperature of Ci

11.round of the concentrated sorbent solution supplied to the sprayers 11.
17.The air cooled in the main air duct 1 in the surface heat exchanger-cooler 2 enters the sorption desiccant 3 and then into the irrigation chamber 13 where the air is dried, then adiabatically cooled and moistened, after which it is supplied to the room. The concentration of the sorbent solution is restored in the solar generator 8, where the solution is heated by the heat of solar energy and moisture is evaporated from it. The heated concentrated sorbent solution is cooled first in the main solution heat exchanger 6, and then in an additional solution heat exchanger 7, in which water cooled in the irrigation chamber 17 circulates.
Then a concentrated sorbent solution is fed to the sorption sprayers 11
3.drier 3.
6.In the dryer 3, the sorbent solution absorbs moisture from the conditioned air stream and its concentration decreases. After that, a weak solution of the sorbent, which has a sufficiently low temperature, is fed along circuit 4 to the heat exchangers-coolers 2 and 16, and then to the main solution heat exchanger 6.
In the proposed installation, the process of regeneration of the sorbent solution in the helioregenerator 8 is improved, which, in turn,
3.increases the intensity of air drying in the dryer 3.
