Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам получени фтористого водорода и сульфата кальци сернокислотным разложением флюоритового концентрата. Способ позвол ет повысить производительность процесса, снизить содержание серной кислоты в сульфате кальци . Разложение флюоритового концентрата осуществл ют во вращающейс барабанной печи в 2 ступени при поддержании на первой ступени скорости нагрева реакционной массы 1,9-2,5 град/мин до 150-190°С, а на второй - 0,2-0,8 град/мин при времени пребывани продуктов в печи 240 мин. Содержание H2SO4 в сульфате кальци снижаетс до @ 7%, а производительность процесса повышаетс до 4,00 т/ч. 1 табл.This invention relates to methods for producing hydrogen fluoride and calcium sulphate by sulfuric acid decomposition of fluorite concentrate. The method allows to increase the productivity of the process, to reduce the content of sulfuric acid in calcium sulfate. The decomposition of fluorite concentrate is carried out in a rotary drum furnace in 2 stages while maintaining at the first stage the heating rate of the reaction mass is 1.9-2.5 degrees / min to 150-190 ° C, and at the second stage 0.2-0.8 degrees / min with the residence time of products in the oven 240 min.
