Abstract
1. Устройство для измерений профиля поглощенной энергии в образце материала при облучении ионизирующим излучением импульсного источника наносекундной длительности, содержащее широкополосный пьезопреобразователь с высоким временным разрешением, зашунтированный дифференцирующим сопротивлением, отличающееся тем, что, с целью расширения эксплуатационных возможностей, оно снабжено твердым акустическим угловым волноводом с отражающей поверхностью и защитным экраном, при этом акустический угловой волновод размещен между защитным экраном и пьезопреобразователем и выполнен в виде призмы из материала, в котором величина механических напряжений при поглощении энергии импульсного ионизирующего излучения много меньше напряжения, возникающего в образце, установленном между экраном и волноводом, а защитный экран выполнен с отверстием для прохождения излучения, причем пьезопреобразователь установлен на выходной поверхности волновода.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что отражающая поверхность твердого акустического углового волновода выполнена под углом 45по отношению к входной поверхности.3.
