Abstract

FIELD: rubber industry technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves grafting perfluoroalkanes with 10-20 carbon atoms in glow discharge plasma to rubber surface, application of polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous suspension and its fixation on surface. Before polytetrafluoroethylene suspension application on grafted rubber surface adhesion composition layer is applied. Composition is based on solvent in organic solvent for fluororubber in mixture with amine hardening agent. Hardening is carried out simultaneously with polytetrafluoroethylene fixation by thermic shock at 500-550 C for 0.5-1.0 s. Method can be used in machine engineering, mining and other branches of industry. EFFECT: increased wear-resistance, improved antiadhesion properties of coatings at low temperature. 1 tbl
