Abstract

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл обработки деталей типа валов, осей и т.д. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности устройства в работе за счет исключени перекосов и ударов деталей, а также расширение его технологических возможностей при подаче деталей различных типоразмеров. При опускании штока 11 силового цилиндра рычаги поднимают направл ющие 17 пластинчатой пружины 13, сопр га их с накопителем, и очередна деталь, подаваема поштучно отсекателем, по направл ющим 17 перемещаетс в изогнутую часть пластинчатой пружины 13. При этом последн гасит кинетическую энергию перемещаемой под собственным весом детали, предохран ее наружную поверхность от забоин. Пластинчата пружина 13 под действием веса деталей опускаетс ниже уровн роликов опорной призмы 6, а сама деталь фиксируетс при помощи прижима 9, закрепленного на штоке, в опорной призме 6. Деталь обрабатываетс . Затем при подъеме штока 11 деталь разжимаетс , направл ющие 17 пружины 13 опускаютс и при сопр жении ее с отвод щим лотком 16 сбрасыватель, закрепленный на штоке 11, перемещает деталь с пластинчатой пружины 13 в отвод щий лоток 16. Then, when the stem 11 is lifted, the part expands, the spring guides 17 of the spring 13 are lowered and, when mated with the outlet tray 16, the release device mounted on the rod 11 moves the part from the leaf spring 13 into the discharge tray 16. 1. A loading and unloading device containing a base, a drive with a pin cutter, a mechanism for fixing parts, made in the form of a roller support prism and a clamp connected to the rod of the power cylinder, a part ejector mounted on the clamp, a discharge tray and a control system, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation, it is equipped with a slit made in the form of a leaf spring and designed to alternately interface with the drive and the discharge tray, and one end of the spring is free mounted on the ejector, and another kinematically connected with the rod of the power cylinder.

2. The device according to claim 1, which is included in that, in order to expand technological capabilities when supplying parts of various sizes, the cutter pins in the drive, the rollers of the support prism and clip are installed with the ability to adjust their position.
