Abstract

Изобретение относитс к механизации животноводческих процессов, а именно к установкам дл приготовлени кормов на малых фермах. Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей. Агрегат дл приготовлени кормов содержит раму 1 и размещенные на ней электродвигатель 2, зернодробилку 3 с подрешеткой камерой, силосорезку 5, корнерезку 6, кожух 7, поток. Измельчающие аппараты 9 и 10 соответственно силосорезки 5 и корнерезки 6 размещены в кожухе 7 и установлены у противоположных его стенок на валу 11. Между измельчающими аппаратами 9 и 10 выполнена камера смешивани 12 с выгрузным окном. Лоток установлен в кожухе 7 посредством шарнира в нижней части выгрузного окна с возможностью фиксации второго его конца в подрешетной камере зернодробилки 3 по касательной к камере смешивани 12. Измельчающие аппараты 9 и 10 снабжены лопатками 15 и имеют примыкающие к торцам кожуха 7 соответственно вальцово-подающий механизм 16 и бункер корнеплодов 17. Зернодробилка 3 установлена на кожухе 7 у верхней части выгрузного окна и имеет приемный бункер, шибер и ротор с молотками, одна из граней которых выполнена заостренной. Включают электродвигатель привода вращени ротора зернодробилки 3 и вал 11 измельчающих аппаратов 9 и 10, к которым вальцово-подающим механизмом подаетс силос, а из бункера корнеплоды, измельчаютс ими и попадают в камеру смешивани 12.
