Abstract

Изобретение относитс к землеройно-транспортным машинам и позвол ет повысить производительность скрепера. Скрепер содержит поперечную балку 7 с аркой-хоботом 8 и ковш с ножом 2 и боковыми стенками 1. Последние имеют выполненные в их верхних част х продольные пазы 17. Концы рычагов 15 передней заслонки 5 через опорные оси 16 установлены в пазах 17. Заслонка 5 соединена с балкой 7 посредством т г 13. Концы т г 13 шарнирно соединены с лобовым листом заслонки 5 и с проушинами 12 балки 7. Пазы 17 выполнены пр молинейными. Каждый рычаг 15 имеет одну опорную ось 16. В начале опускани ковша гидроцилиндрами (ГЦ) 11 поворот заслонки небольшой, так как т ги 13, поворачива сь в проушинах 12, опускаютс вниз. К моменту подхода ковша 2 к поверхности грунта интенсивность поворота заслонки 5 возрастает. После этого начинаетс выдвижение штоков ГЦ 19 с одновременным перемещением вперед осей 16 вдоль пазов 17 вместе с рычагами 15.
