Abstract
The invention relates to the field of technology of wood-based laminated plastics and can be used in the finishing of plywood and chipboard and other materials. The invention allows to intensify the finishing process and reduce energy consumption by applying to the surface of wood material one or two layers of polypropylene fiber material with a thickness of 80-100 µm, density 21-29 m 2 / g with a fiber diameter of 8-15 µm and thermal pressing at 170-210 ° С, pressure 0.5-3 atm for 10-50 s.
Description
Изобретение относитс к способу декоративной отделки древесных материалов - фанеры, древесностружечных, древесноволокнистых щитов, которые могут быть использованы при изготовлении товаров народного потреблени .The invention relates to a method for decorating wood materials - plywood, chipboard, wood fiber boards, which can be used in the manufacture of consumer goods.
The purpose of the invention - the intensification of the finishing process, the reduction of energy consumption.
Example 1. Surface plywood. On the surface of three-layer birch plywood are placed two sheets of fibrous polypropylene material with a thickness of 100 ± 5 μm each, weighing 29 and an elementary fiber diameter of 15 ± 2 μm, an aluminum sheet is placed on top and placed in a press. Thermopressing is carried out at 170 ° C and a pressure of 0.5 atm for 50 s. Then the metal sheet is removed and a shiny material with a polypropylene decorative varnish is obtained.
The decorative coating obtained by je does not require additional grinding and varnishing, has a high gloss of –3.7 on the FB-3 device, is highly resistant to water, acids and alkalis according to the standard system GOST 26160-84, –5 points, light fastness (on eight point system) MC ISO 2835-74, -6 points.
Example 2. Surface of a wood chipboard is trimmed. Two sheets of fibrous polypropylene material are placed on a chipboard of low-grade varieties of wood, each with a thickness of 80 ± 5 μm, weighing 21, with a diameter of 8 ± 2 μm of elemental fiber, on the upper side of which a texture is printed on PET-6 intaglio printing machine wood paint series SG 1.7.1. A nickel-plated polished sheet of steel is placed on top and pressed at 210 ° C with pressure. 3 atm for 10 s.
A material is produced for the manufacture of television cases with a high color effect with an “oak” pattern, which is characterized by excellent resistance to water, acids, alkali.

Example 3. The material of example 2 is trimmed. A sheet of fibrous colored polypropylene material with a thickness of 90 ± 5 μm and a surface density of 26 MVr and a diameter of elemental fiber 10 ± 2 μm is placed on the surface of a chipboard and the figure is obtained using the sublimation dye of the SG 1.6 series .5), a polished steel sheet is placed on top and placed in a press with a temperature of 185 C and a pressure of 2 atm for 45 s.
A material with a shiny surface is obtained with a multi-color pattern, which can be used to decorate Children's furniture or to produce souvenir calendars on a wooden decorated exhibition or other products of artistic crafts.
Полученное по примеру покрытие имеет устойчивость к воздействию воды, кислот, щелочей - 5 баллов, светостойкость 5-6 баллов, блеск -4 (по прибору ФБ-3).Obtained according to the example, the coating has resistance to water, acids, alkalis - 5 points, light resistance 5-6 points, gloss -4 (according to the device FB-3).
For comparison with the material obtained in Example 2, materials were trimmed using fibrous polypropylene TU 6-06-64-85 (thickness 300 microns, surface density 350-450 g / m, elemental fiber diameter 25-35 microns) non-woven material made of polypropylene TU 6-06- 418-73 (thickness 10 mm, weight 800-1000 g / m, diameter of a single fiber 25-40 microns) and plastic film.
The materials obtained had an uneven coating (more than 30% of the surface did not have a polymer coating), and where the coating was formed, it had insufficient gloss (1–1.5 according to the FB-3 device), and insufficient resistance to acids and alkalis.
