Abstract
Устройство дл остеосинтеза шейки бедренной кости предназначено дл повышени стабильности фиксации костных отломков в продольном направлении. Устройство содержит трубчатый корпус 1 с заостренным концом 2. В корпусе установлены два стержн 3 и 4 при помощи втулки 5 с отверсти ми 6 и 7. Оба стержн 3 и 4 расположены в корпусе симметрично относительно продольной оси. На разных уровн х корпуса по его кра м выполнены поперечные прорези под выдвижные фиксаторы в виде пластин 10 и 11, прикрепленных концами к стержн м 3 и 4 и расположенных в плоскост х, перпендикул рных этим стержн м. Пластины 10 и 11 закреплены попарно на стержн х 3 и 4, а последние выполнены со шлицами 12 и 13. 2 ил.A device for osteosynthesis of the femoral neck is intended to increase the stability of fixation of bone fragments in the longitudinal direction. At different levels of the body, along its edges, transverse slots are made under the sliding clamps in the form of plates 10 and 11 attached by ends to rods 3 and 4 and located in planes perpendicular to these rods m.
