Изобретение относитс  к хирургической стоматологии и может быть использовано при лечении переломов нижней челюсти . Цель изобретени  - снижение травматичности и облегчение конструкции при лечении линейных переломов без дефекта зубных р дов. Компрессионно-дистрак- ционный узел 5 выполнен в виде телескопического элемента, четырех уголков, трех винтов с пазами и трех резьбовых фиксирующих элементов, при этом первый уголок жестко прикреплен к корпусу 17 телескопического элемента, а второй уголок жестко прикреплен к его подвижной части с противоположной стороны, в отверсти х этих планок свободно установлены два винта с пазами, в которые вход т торцы двух фиксирующих элементов, жестко установленные в этих планках, на резьбовом конце первого винта своим резьбовым отверстием с возможностью относительного перемещени  установлен третий уголок, в отверстии которого дл  взаимодействи  с концом изогнутого стержн  3 свободно установлен третий винт с пазом и вход щим в него торцом третьего фиксирующего элемента, жестко установленного в этом уголке, четвертый уголок с возможностью относительного перемещени  установлен на резьбовом конце третьего винта и жестко прикреплен к концу изогнутого стержн  4. 4 ил.
