Abstract
The invention relates to optically controlled transparencies based on a photoconductor-liquid crystal structure for use in information processing, transformation and display systems. The purpose of the invention is to improve the optical quality by reducing phase irregularities and reducing scrap in the manufacture of optically controlled transparencies. For this, a layer of chalcogenide glass of the selenium – sulfur – mouse system for germanium is additionally introduced between the substrate and the chalcogenide glassy semiconductor layer, which has enhanced adhesion to the substrate and photo-conductors of the strong-mouse system.
Description
The invention relates to optical instrumentation, and to more optically controlled vehicles based on the structure of a photo-single-liquid crystal (FP-LCD) used for processing, transformation, and display information.
1ель изобретени - улучшение оп- тичг ского качества за счет уменьшен фазовых неоднородностей и умеььшение брака при изготовлении оптически управл емых транспарантов (ОУ1).The goal of the invention is the improvement of optical quality due to reduced phase discontinuities and reduction of defects in the manufacture of optically controlled transparencies (OU1).
LA drawing shows the SUT scheme.
Поскольку дополнительный слой имеет малую толщину 0,05 мкм, а по проводимости согласован с проводимостью фотопроводника , его наличие не сказываетс на электрических параметрах транспаранта .The SUT has two substrates 1.1, 1.2, on the inner sides of which there is a layer of transparent conductive coatings 2.1,2,2. Between the substrates there are: an additional layer 3 of chalcogen glass, a layer 4 of a photoconductor-chalcogenide glassy semiconductor (CSC), a layer 5 of liquid crystal, orienting coatings 6.1, 6.2 and dielectric spacers 7.1, 7.2. Since the additional layer has a small thickness of 0.05 µm, and the conductivity is matched with the conductivity of the photoconductor, its presence does not affect the electrical parameters of the transparency.
5The presence of an additional layer of sulfur-selenium-mouse K-germanium, for example, IKS-24, significantly increases the adhesion of the selenium-mouse CGS layers to the layers and SnO, which form conductive coatings 2.1, 2.2, because of which optical homogeneity over the working field increases and the scrap is reduced at the time of manufacture.
