The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to heat-resistant steel, and is intended for use in power plant engineering.
The aim of the invention is to increase the plastic properties after aging at temperatures of 500-1 ° C and operational resistance while maintaining heat resistance at temperatures up to 1300 ° C.
Doping with chromium, aluminum, and nickel in the proposed amounts for the implementation of this ratio leads to a limitation of the ferrite content and provides for an increase in high-temperature plasticity while maintaining high heat resistance up to 1300 ° C.
The table shows the compositions of the proposed and known steels and their properties.

The operational resistance was studied on full-scale samples — elements of the furnace boiler equipment. The resistance of the samples was evaluated by the operating time of the equipment and the state of the sample that was tested under production conditions of the TPP,
It follows from the table that the steel of the proposed composition has a higher ductility along with maintaining heat resistance at 1300 s, which ensures a high operational durability of the material compared to the known steel.
