Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению и может быть использовано дл нанесени гидрофобизирующего покрыти (защитной оболочки) на семена. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности установки путем непрерывности процесса обработки сем н. Установка содержит рабочую камеру в виде вертикальной трубы 1, соединенной с вибратором 3, и охватывающего ее спирального канала 4, сообщенного с источником вакуума. В нижней части трубы 1 предусмотрен поддон 5, имеющий карман 6. В общей с карманом 6 стенке поддона 5 выполнена перфораци 7. Конец канала 4 расположен в поддоне 5, а карман 6 сообщен с агрегатом 8 дл приготовлени гидрофобизирующего раствора. Зерно поступает через трубу 1 в поддон 5, куда через перфорацию 7 подаетс из кармана 6 раствор. Зерно покрываетс раствором и за счет вибрации поднимаетс по спиральному каналу 4. Установка содержит рабочую камеру в виде вертикальной трубы 1, преимущественно цилиндрической формы, котора через пружины 2 соединена с вибратором 3, и спирального канала 4, сообщенного с источником вакуума (не показан). Внизу спиральный канал входит в поддон 5 трубы 1. Поддон 5 имеет карман 6. На их общей стенке выполнена перфораци 7.
