Abstract
The invention relates to marine hydraulic structures, providing protection of access channels from sediment deposition. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency at work. The device consists of mole 1, blocks 2, forming a section and blocks 3, bounding the section. Each block contains an underwater vertical wall with a console directed toward the flow of sediment. A base plate 6 is attached to the bottom of the underwater wall. On each block 3 a vertical l-shaped rib and a vertical plate are fixed. Due to the fact that the vertical edges form an acute angle with the channel axis, the flows with reduced velocities deviate towards greater depths, where their expansion in depth occurs and the bottom reaches. This leads to a decrease in the erosion of the underwater slope and the slopes of the approach channel. 5 il.

4.The device for protection of the approach channel from depletion consists of mole 1, blocks 2 forming a section, and blocks 3 bounding the section. Each block contains an underwater vertical wall 4, in the upper part of which there is a horizontal console 5 directed towards the sediment flow, and a foundation plate 6 is attached to the lower part of the vertical submerged wall 4, and a vertical L-shaped rib 7 is fixed on each block 3, the acute angle with the side of the block farthest from the mole, the top of which lies on the line of intersection of this face with the side rear face of the block, and the vertical plate 8 located between the line of intersection of the pressure head the edges of the console 5 with the side of the block adjacent to the pier and the intersection line of the rib 7 with the back side of the wall 4.
The device works as follows.
The flow of water with sediment when interacting with the device is divided into upper and lower streams. The underflow, saturated with sediments, thanks to the submerged walls 4, changes its direction and moves along them toward greater depths, acquiring a helical motion through consoles 5. This prevents sediment deposition near the walls 4 and facilitates their movement towards greater depths.
The upper stream with cleaner water is divided by vertical ribs 7 and vertical plates 8 into a series of streams with specific values of specific consumption. These streams on horizontal consoles 5 expand in plan, which leads to a decrease in water flow rates. Due to the fact that the vertical edges 7 form an acute angle with the axis of the channel, the flows with reduced velocities deviate towards greater depths, where their expansion in depth occurs and the bottom reaches. Thus, the speed of water movement is still reduced, the erosion is reduced.
подводного склона и откосов подходного канала, что приводит к уменьшению образовани на дне канала вала из размытого грунта .the underwater slope and slopes of the approach channel, which leads to a decrease in the formation of a shaft from the diffuse soil at the bottom of the channel.
The lengths of the blocks are determined from the conditions that the velocities of the water flow at the outlet of the device must be unbreakable for the soil composing the submerged slope. Due to the fact that maximum speeds are observed at the head of the pier, the size of the blocks
При заданном значении расхода воды, поступающей на блок 2, и известной длине этогоare determined by the size of the blocks of the first section, adjacent to the mole and consisting of one block 2 and one block 3. For a given value of the water flow entering block 2, and the known length of this
блока суммарна длина первой секции определ етс из условий возможного угла поворота ребра 7 и пластины 8 и неразмываемости грунта, слагающего подводный склон, выход щим из устройства потоком воды послеthe block, the total length of the first section is determined from the conditions of the possible angle of rotation of the rib 7 and plate 8 and the indelibleness of the soil composing the submerged slope coming out of the device by the flow of water after
