№ 914512.This invention relates to a process for the production of foam glass products intended for the finishing of building structures, and is an improvement of the method according to the author. St. No. 914512.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the frost resistance and reduce the bulk water absorption of products.
The introduction of the blowing agent into the crushed glass with a specific surface area equal to 50-85.5% of the required specific surface of the charge, and the joint grinding of the glass and the blowing agent with a grinding rate of 1.7-10 to 2.7-10 / {kg-s) to reduce the level of overgrinding and the heterogeneity of the gasifier particles in the charge, which during subsequent heat treatment makes it possible to obtain foam material with equal-sized cells and incoherent porosity. As a result, the volumetric water absorption is reduced and the frost resistance of both the material itself and the outer lining is increased.
A ballroom container is loaded into a ball mill, which is 99.45% of the mass of the charge, and crushed to a specific surface 200, then 0.55% of the mass of the mixture is introduced into the ground glass and their joint grinding to specific surface 330 m / kg with a grinding rate of 2.2 10 Vy (Kr-s).
200 .The charge of the coating layer was prepared by joint grinding of 98.9 wt.% Of the botany glass, 0.2 wt.% Of chalk and 1.0 wt.% Of silicate overglaze paint. All these components are ground in a ball mill to a specific surface 200.
The preformed foaming mixture is placed in a layer of 15 mm thick on a substrate (for example, paper treated with kaolin slurry) located on a continuously moving wall of a foaming conveyor furnace. On the surface of the laid layer of foam-forming mixture is placed

Далее материал подают в печь отжига и отжигают по ранее извectным режимам дл отжига пеностекла ..2 mm thick layer of pre-prepared mixture of the coating layer. The bilayer mixture is subjected to heat treatment at nygrevanii to 840 ° C for 20 minutes, holding at this temperature (840 C) for 10 minutes. uniform cooling to 580 ° C for 40 minutes. Further, the material is fed to the annealing furnace and annealed according to previously extracted modes for annealing the foam glass.
It is advisable to carry out the preparation of the foaming charge in a two-step process: first, the glass is crushed to a fineness equal to 50-85.5% of the specific surface of the foaming charge, and then after the introduction of the gasifier, the first grinding is carried out at a speed from 1.7 to 10 to 2.7 ° C. As can be seen from the data in the table, the proposed method for the manufacture of foams allows reducing the water absorption to 3-6% of the volume, increasing the frost resistance of the foam (the test was carried out without isolating the front and rear sides) to 20-25 cycles and facing and (fastening and seams are made with sand-cement mortar) up to 49-57 cycles, increase the flexural strength to 64-7.0 MPa.
Made from the proposed method, foam products meet their requirements for external cladding and can be used to finish the exterior surfaces of buildings and structures.
