Abstract

Устройство дл настрачивани отделочной полосы с кантами на швейную деталь относитс к средствам механизации швейного производства и обеспечивает улучшение качества обработки швейных изделий. В состав устройства вход т игловодитель, который в процессе работы отклон етс вместе со швейной деталью вдоль линии строчки, и прижимна лапка, фиксирующа швейную деталь на игольной пластине. На прижимной лапке шарнирно установлена державка направител полосы, котора посредством рычагов кинематически св зана с игловодителем. Установка державки направител полосы выполнена с использованием регулируемых конусных шарнирных винтов, что обеспечивает возможность регулировки ее положени относительно иглы швейной машины. Державка направителей кантов установлена на державке направител полосы и перемещаетс с ней совместно при образовании напуска кантов и полосы перед зоной шить . При этом изменение величины напуска выполн етс регулировкой положени одного из звеньев средства образовани напуска, что приводит к изменению его рабочей длины. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 6 ил.The device for adjusting the finishing strip with edges to the sewing part is a means of mechanizing the sewing production and provides an improvement in the quality of processing the garments.
