Description
Изобретение относитс к абразивным рабочим средам дл вибрационной обработки деталей и может быть использовано во всех отрасл х промышленности дл безразмерной обработки деталей машин и приборов .The invention relates to abrasive working environments for vibrating machining of parts and can be used in all sectors of the industry for dimensionless machining of machine parts and devices.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the granules by ensuring the preservation of the cutting properties of the ribs.
3.FIG. 1 shows a granule filler, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A.-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows the dynamics of the change in the cross-sectional contour of the filler in the process of its triggering; in fig. 4 shows a section BB in FIG. 3
Вдоль центральной оси гранулы выполнено сквозное отверстие 3 круглого или иного сечени .The abrasive granule of the filler is made in the form of a shell 1 in the form of a trihedral truncated prism, contains rod-shaped abrasive inserts 2 of circular or other cross-section based on an abrasive and a binding additive, the hardness of which is higher than that of the granule body. A through hole 3 of circular or other cross section is made along the central axis of the granule.
5.During the processing of parts, the most intense wear of the granules of the filler occurs on face x 4. Due to more solid inserts, the filler wears evenly over the entire surface including at the ends 5.
FIG. 3 and 4 show the wear of the granules in the transverse and longitudinal sections, respectively (dashed lines 6 and 7 depict the initial shape of the granules).
Данна конфигураци износа наполнител позвол ет ему иметь повышенную проникающую и обрабатывающую способности .Due to the presence of a central hole, the end faces of the filler do not round, on the contrary, they seem to sharpen, which is a positive point in terms of expanding the functionality of the filler when machining parts. This filler wear configuration allows it to have enhanced penetrating and treating abilities.
The granule is manufactured as follows.
When forming the granule shell, an abrasive is introduced into its faces from the corresponding profile tubes with a bonding agent whose hardness is higher than that of the shell. An oblique cut of the prism is performed by changing the cut angle between the axis of the filler and the plane of the knife.

Abrasive inserts and a harder binder axis extend the life of the filler by 1.5-2 times, retaining its original abrasive properties.
It is possible to manufacture naplicts with any required number of faces.
