The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion strength of the facing layer with the crown body. The combined dental crown has 2 through channels 4 on the vestibular surface and consists of supporting and intermediate parts monolithically connected in the form of reverse-cut cones, which are located at an angle of 45 ° to the vertical axis of the tooth. 3 il.
Description
1FIG. one
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the section of prosthetic dentistry, and can be used to replace defects of dental rows.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion strength of the facing layer with the crown body.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of the proposed crown, incision; in fig. 2 - intermediate part of the bridge, incision; in fig. 3 - combined bridge.
14.The crown consists of body 1, on the vestibular 2 and chewing 3 surfaces of which are located the reverse truncated channels 4, with the help of which the facing layer 5 is fixed, ending at the pre-gland section 6. The crown (if used as part of the prosthesis) connects with the intermediate part 7, which has a cavity 8 in its thickness, which is connected with the help of reverse-cut channels 9 with the facing layer 10 extending from the metal third of the chewing surface 11. for the rest of the chewing 1 2 and the vestibular surface 13, overlapping the places of the monolithic junction 14.
A method for making a combination crown is as follows.
2:1.The coronary support is prepared with the creation of a ledge perpendicular to its axis along the perimeter of the cheek from the vestibular surface and a smooth transition to the approximate areas of the tooth. A complete, refined cast is obtained using the silicone group of domestic blind masses, from which a combined collapsible model of high-strength gypsum is cast. Depending on the size of the defect in the tooth row, a graphite tooling is selected, giving the latter a reduced form, similar to the shape of the missing group of teeth. Through the vestibular and partially chewing surfaces of the graphite tooling, blind channels are made at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the long axis of the tooth, in which graphite rods are placed, the inner ends of the latter have the shape of a reverse-cone. The number of channels depends on its group membership and ranges from 4 to 6. The modeling of the intermediate part is carried out using a 3-4-fold immersion in molten wax, to obtain the desired cross-section of the walls. Begin to model the crown itself by compressing the wax plate on the supporting plaster teeth. Then the monolithic crowns are fitted and interconnected with the intermediate part 7. The modeling and cross sections of all parts of the wax composition are refined, after which graphite rods are placed at the vestibular 2 and chewing 3 surfaces of the crown at 45 ° relative to the long axes of the tooth, the inner ends of which reach the surface of the 5 gypsum tooth and have the shape of a obstructed cone. The cross section of the walls of the intermediate part 7 in relation to the crowns is related as 2: 1.

Таким образом, предлагаема конструкци коронки и всего мостовидного протеза дает возможность использовани без отслаивани керамического сло .Thus, the proposed design of the crown and the entire bridge prosthesis makes it possible to use the ceramic layer without peeling.
