Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени , в частности к области герметизации входных и выходных валов машин. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности путем снижени коэффициента трени и повышени износостойкости контактирующих поверхностей. Уплотнительный модуль содержит уплотнительный элемент 1 из резино-технического издели , заключенный в металлическую 2 и полимерную 3 оболочки, размещенный в корпусе 4, на рабочую поверхность которого нанесено полимерное покрытие 5, и уплотн емый шток 6, поверхность трени которого заключена в полимерную оболочку 7. В результате контактировани уплотнительного элемента с внешней полимерной оболочкой 3 с поверхностью штока 6 и поверхностью корпуса 4 снижаетс коэффициент трени . Заключение уплотнительного элемента в двухслойную металлополимерную оболочку повышает максимальную рабочую нагрузку, позвол ет увеличить гидростатическое давление. 3 ил.The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to the field of sealing the input and output shafts of machines. The sealing module contains a sealing element 1 of a rubber-technical product enclosed in a metal 2 and a polymer sheath 3 housed in a housing 4, on the working surface of which a polymer coating 5 is applied, and a seal rod 6, the friction surface of which is enclosed in a polymer shell 7. By contacting the sealing element with the outer polymer shell 3 with the surface of the rod 6 and the surface of the body 4, the coefficient of friction decreases. The encapsulation of the sealing element in a two-layer metal-polymer shell increases the maximum working load and allows an increase in hydrostatic pressure. 3 il.
