Abstract
The invention relates to vibration insulating technology and can be used to absorb structural elements in tons of loaded machines and mechanisms. The aim of the invention is to increase the depreciation properties due to the stabilization of characteristics and increased durability. Supplying the elastic element with an additional sleeve, made of either an elastic material, or formed by a coating deposited on the outer surface of the shell 1, or on the last and inner surface of the main sleeve 2, ensures wear of the softest additional sleeve 3. Description
The invention relates to a vibration technique and can be used to absorb structural elements in heavy loaded machines and mechanisms.
The aim of the invention is to increase the depreciation properties due to the stabilization of characteristics and increased durability.
The drawing shows an elastic element, a longitudinal section.
3.The elastic element contains a cylindrical transparent shell 1, the main sleeve 2 and an additional sleeve 3 made of either an elastic material, such as nylon, with a low coefficient of friction, or formed by a coating applied to the inner surface of the shell 1, or on the last and outer surface of the main sleeve 2 An additional bushing 3 is installed between the main bushing 2 and the casing 1. Inside the casing 1 there is a filler 4, and at its ends there are pistons 5 with split rings b made of the same material, h then additional sleeve 3.
The elastic element works as follows.
A compressive load applied to the pistons 5 causes the latter to enter inside the sleeve 2, while the pressure of the elastic filler 4 increases and presses the elements of the sleeve 2 through the additional sleeve 3 to the slot of the shell 1, thereby preventing the filler from going through the slots of shell 1. Deforming Within the limits of elastic deformation, shell 1 and sleeve 2 take a barrel-shaped shape, slipping relative to each other along elastic additional sleeve 3. At the same time, shell 1 and sleeve 2 accumulate energy, and when the impulse decreases forces return the pistons 5 to their original position. The split rings 6, pressing against the sleeve 2, prevent the filler 4 from exiting through the gaps between the sleeve and the piston.
When the elastic element is in operation, the softest amount of wear is worn out.
е. Стабильность данной характеристики повышает эффективность работы упругогоsleeve 3, and shell 1 and main sleeve 2, while maintaining their thickness, thereby retain rigidity, i.e. performance. The stability of this characteristic increases the efficiency of the elastic
элемента в течение срока службы.item during the service life.
When the soft coating adheres to the surface of the shell 1, the latter does not wear out due to the absence of any slips. If the contact surfaces of the sheath 1 and the power bushing 2 are covered, the coatings interact and wear, and in the case of the coating of one of the contacting surfaces, the softer coating wears out, and the hard uncovered main sleeve 2 retains its rigidity.
