Abstract
The invention relates to the production of petroleum bitumen and can be used in oil refining. The goal is to improve the quality of bitumen and simplify the process. The latter is carried out by oxidizing oil tar under heating and pressure in a fine gas-liquid phase, formed due to intensive circulating mixing by air of tar with a Reynolds number of 4-10 .10 4 and air consumption of 0.8-1.8 .10 -3 m 3 / s. Kg for 5-15 min. These conditions make it possible to obtain road and construction bitumens, which have an increased adhesion with mineral materials while reducing the oxidation process to 5-15 minutes. 1 il. 3 tab.
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing oxidized petroleum bitumen and can be used in the oil and heat treatment industry.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of bitumen and simplify the process science.
The drawing shows a schematic flowchart of the method.
The method is carried out as follows.
12.Raw dosing pump 1 through the heater 2 is fed into the reactor 3. Here, the compressor 4 through the receiver 5 serves the air. If necessary, the reactor is heated by an electric heater 6. In the reactor, due to intense circulation mixing of the reaction mixture, a highly concentrated gas emulsion is formed and the raw material is oxidized to bitumen. After a predetermined residence time in the reactor, the reaction mixture is sent to the separator 7 through the pressure reducing valve 8, where the pressure decreases. In separator 7, the liquid and gas phases are separated. The gas phase enters the baffle 9, where the liquid droplets are separated, and then - from the scrubber 10 to cool and trap the condensed volatile oxidation products. The water and oil parts are separated in a settling tank 11. The bitumen is removed from the separator 7 through a cooler 12.

1.The conditions of tar oxidation to bitumen and the material balance of the process are summarized in Table. one.
2.Quality indicators obtained bitumen are given in table. 2
. The obtained bitumens correspond to commodity bitumens: according to example 1 - BEFORE - normal bitumen BN7T-40/60, according to examples 2 and 4 - to construction btum BN - 99/10, according to example 3 - to construction bitumen BN - 70/30. .
Comparison of adhesion obtained with mineral materials shows that bitumen obtained by oxidation of tar in a gas emulsion has a higher adhesion to mineral matter than bitumen BID-40/605 obtained by industrial oxidation of tar.

Более интенсивное перемешивание, соответствующее величине критери Рейнольдса, больше верхнего предела,, технически трудно осу1});ествимо, .- The deviation from the optimal values of the technological conditions does not effectively oxidize tar to bitumen. When the mixing intensity meets the Reynolds criterion is less than the lower limit, the oxidation rate of the raw material decreases, and the adhesion of the bitumen with the mineral material deteriorates. More intensive mixing, corresponding to the value of the Reynolds criterion, is greater than the upper limit, technically it is difficult
The oxidation of tar to bitumen (depending on the depth of oxidation, determined the lice mark of the resulting bitumen) is completed within 5-15 minutes.
Thus, the application of the proposed method simplifies the process technology by reducing the number of technological operations and reducing the oxidation time and improves the bonding of bitumen with mineral materials.
