Abstract
Изобретение относитс к аксиально-роторным молотильно-сепарирующим устройствам и служит цели снижени энергоемкости и повышени надежности технологического процесса путем ускорени отвода стеблевой массы к направител м кожуха и предотвращени ее наматывани на вал ротора между передней опорой и лопастной крыльчаткой. Устройство содержит ротор с крыльчаткой и кожух с заходной частью. С передней крышкой 6, на внутренней стороне 7 которой установлены направл ющие элементы 13. На внутренней стороне 15 боковой стенки 10 балки 9 также установлены направл ющие элементы 14. На балке 9 установлена передн опора 11 ротора. Контур 12 опоры 11 имеет стрелообразную конфигурацию. Элементы 13 и 14 выполнены в виде криволинейных ребер, установленных эквидистантно по отношению к контуру 12, и вл ютс одни продолжением других.
