Abstract
The invention relates to lubricating compositions, in particular lubrication for bearing supports of drill bits. In order to increase adhesion and heat resistance, the lubricant has the following ratio of components, wt.%: Phenolic resin 16–26, production waste of caprolactam 13–21, oil tar 14–20, aerosil 6–9, copper oxide 4–10, graphite powder 8 -17, alkyl-resorcinol epoxy-phenol resin - the rest. New lubricant is operable at high temperatures (up to 200 ° C) and its use increases adhesion twice. 2 tab.

The invention relates to the drilling of oil and tagazovye wells and can be used to lubricate the bearing supports of drill bits.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion and heat resistance of the lubricant.
Лп приготовлени смазки используют фенольную смолу, отход производства капр 6л акта ма (масло ПОД), гудрон масл ньй, окись меди, порошок графита и алкилрезорциновую эпоксифенольную смолу (АРЭФС).Lp of the preparation of the lubricant use phenolic resin, waste production of capr 6l act (oil POD), tar oil, copper oxide, graphite powder, and alkylresorcinol epoxyphenol resin (AREPS).
In tab. 1 shows the composition of the proposed and known lubricants.
Conducted tests of the stability of lubricants when applying vibrations (Table 2). The known lubricant loses stability when applying vibrations, which rapidly simulates transportation after 40 minutes. The proposed formulations
Lubricants are tested for 100 hours with no signs of liquid phase being detected.
Phenol mixture and oil UND are taken at a ratio of 1.2: 1. In the presence of aerosil, they significantly increase the thermal stability of the lubricant, which is confirmed by an increase of 2 times the dropping point. Their total content is adopted taking into account the need to introduce the remaining liquid components to obtain the desired properties of lubricants. A decrease in the phenolic resin content below the limit value led to an unacceptable increase in the coefficient of friction, a decrease in their content reduces adhesion.
Oil tar is necessary to increase the strength of the lubricating film. Increasing tar content more

20 wt.% Leads to a significant increase in the forces of cohesion, which is expressed in an increase in the coefficient of friction, and with a content of less than 10 wt.%, Tar does not have a significant effect on this indicator.
