Description
КЕРАМИЧЕСКИЙ ФЛЮС ДЛЯ АВТОМАТИЧЕСКОЙ ЭЛЕКТРОДУГОВОЙ НАПЛАВКИ;CERAMIC FLUX FOR AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC ARC SURF;
Однако эти керамические флюсы непригодны дл автоматической наплавки электродной лентой из-за плохого формировани наплавленного металла и большого газовыделени .Ceramic fluxes are known for automatic electric arc deposition based on the AlgOs-Cap2-MgO system. They have the greatest maneuverability and simplicity with regard to the production of a weld metal of a given composition. However, these ceramic fluxes are unsuitable for automatic surfacing with an electrode tape due to poor formation of the weld metal and large gassing.
The proposed ceramic flux is distinguished by the fact that the well-known flux based on A12Oz-Sar2-MgO is introduced (in%): ferrotitanium 1.0, ferromanganese 3, silicon carbide 1.0. This improves the properties of welded joints when surfacing with a tape electrode.
The proposed flux has the following composition (%): fluorspar 37.0, alumina 53.0, magnesite brick 5.0, ferromanganese 3, silicon carbide 1.0 and ferrotitanium KO.
The proposed ceramic flux provides the deposited metal with the chemical and physico-mechanical properties of tool steels ZH2VUF n X12M.
Subject invention
5,0.Ceramic flux for automatic electric arc melting based on the MoOs-Sar2-MgO system, characterized in that, in order to improve the properties of welded joints during surfacing with a tape electrode, the composition of the flux included (in%) ferrotitanium 1.0, ferromanganese 3.0, silicon carbide 1.0, and the remaining components are taken in the following ratios: fluorspar 37.0, alumina 53.0, and magnesite kirnpch 5.0.
