Abstract

FIELD: instrument building, particularly, making of air-tight and mechanically durable and heat-resistant metal-ceramic joints. SUBSTANCE: bonding paste includes molybdenum and glaze consisting of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and boron oxide. In addition, glaze includes manganese oxide and zirconium dioxide. Ingredients must be taken in the following proportions, namely: 55 percent by mass SiO, 20 percent by mass AlO, 10 percent by mass CaO, 4 percent by mass MgO, 1.5 percent by mass BO, 5.5 percent by mass MnO, and 7.5 percent by mass ZrO. Content of molybdenum and glaze in bonding paste must be from 85 to 90 percent by mass and 10 to 15 percent by mass, respectively. Bending strength of metal-ceramic joint made with use of aluminum-nitride bonding paste and alloy spacer (brazing material: copper) is between 100 and 160 MPa and post-cyclization (20 - 600 - 20 C) vacuum density accounts for 100 %.
