The invention relates to a power system and can be used in boiler units. The purpose of the invention. This air is additionally connected to the inert gas supply compartment. Fuel is supplied through channel 2. From the compartments 8 and 9 and the annular channels 3 and 4, the primary and part of the secondary air enter the furnace. The other part of the secondary air is mixed in the compartment 10 with inert gases and directed to the slots 12 located between the pipes 11. The influx of air and inert gases into the furnace through the slots 12 prevents slagging of the screens. The influence of the near-wall cold layer of gases at the screens causes a decrease in local thermal loads, creates a stable oxidizing environment for the screens and prevents high-temperature corrosion of pipes.

The invention relates to a power system, in particular to a device for burning fuel, and can be used in boiler units.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by reducing and redistributing local heat loads.
Fig, 1 shows a burner, a longitudinal section; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. FIG.
The burner device comprises a duct 1 with a fuel channel 2 located therein and coaxial channels for primary air 3, secondary air 4 and inert gas 5, separated by vertical partitions 6 and 7 into compartments 8-10. The secondary air compartment 10 is additionally connected to the inert gas supply compartment, tightly fastened to the screen tubes 11, in the upper part of which narrow gaps 12 are made along the entire length of the junction of the box 1 to the screen 11.
The device works as follows.
Fuel is supplied through channel 2. From compartments 8 and 9 of duct 1 and annular ducts 3 and 4 are primary and part of the secondary air enters the furnace. The other part of the secondary air is mixed in compartment 10 of duct 1 with inert gases which are fed through gas duct 13. The mixture is directed to slots 12 evenly spaced between screen tubes 11 over the entire area adjacent to duct 1, washes the screens and enters the furnace space.
Admission to the furnace of a mixture of air and inert gases through numerous slots 12; located on the periphery of the burner, will allow you to create in this zone a cold wall layer of gases that will cool the slag particles prone to sticking, and thereby prevent slagging screens.
When sulphurous fuels and, above all, fuel oil are burned, the influence of the near-cold layer of gases at the screens causes a decrease in local thermal loads, creates a stable oxidizing environment for the screens and prevents high-temperature corrosion of pipes,
