Изобретение относитс к электротехнике , в частности к устройствам дл пайки изделий преимущественно жил кабелей к контакт-детал м электрических соединителей , и может быть использовано в электротехнической , приборостроительной, автомобильной и других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to devices for soldering products, mainly cable cores, to contact parts and electrical connectors, and can be used in the electrical, instrument engineering, automotive and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the number of usable parts by providing timely information about contact failure of the electrode-workpiece when soldering with electrodes with a small contact area.
The drawing shows the device section.
Рабочие концы 4 электродов 3 выполнены такой конфигурации, котора обеспечивает на них относительно высокое сопротивление электрическому току и относительно высокое падение напр жени .The device for soldering with resistance comprises a housing 1, an electrode holder 2 of electrically insulating material, electrodes 3 of a material with low electrical resistivity and with working ends 4, a light indicator 5, a contact part b and a soldered wire 7. The working ends 4 of electrodes 3 are made such configurations that provide them with relatively high resistance to electric current and relatively high voltage drops.
The device works as follows.
4An electrical voltage of 1.5 V is applied to the input of the device, the indicator 5 is in the lit position. A soldered wire 7 is inserted into the fixing part of the contact part 6 and then the working ends 4
The electrodes 3 of the device are closed with the fixing part of the contact part L and 6 and are heated by the release of electric energy in the soldering zone of the wire 7 with the fixing part of the contact part 6. A light short is signaled by the light indicator 5 in the Off position.
If, within one second, the indicator 5 does not change its position, then a portion of tin solder is supplied to the heating zone, the melting of which is guaranteed by a sufficient temperature. Further heating of the soldering zone lasts for a second second and is terminated by unlatching the working ends of 4 electrodes 3 with wire 7. Next, the device is ready for the next soldering cycle, indicator 5 is in the Lit position.
Таким образом, использование изобре- тени позвол ет повысить уровень эксплуатационной технологичности устройства и, следовательно, повысить его производительность .Thus, the use of the image allows to increase the level of operational technology of the device and, consequently, to increase its performance.
