Description
The invention relates to technical physics and can be used in assessing the quality of ferrite or other powders.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method by taking into account the internal porosity and the expansion of the field of application in the direction of fine powders.
The method is carried out as follows.
The powder is weighed on an analytical balance and stored in a non-magnetic ampoule, for example, in a glass tube. Dump it to a steady volume and measure the volume, for example, on the risks on the glass of the tube. The specific gravity d of the powder in the test tube is calculated, then the magnetic permeability p of the powder is measured by one of the known methods (for example, using Q-Metpa, for which purpose the coil is used).
Далее рассчитьгоают ;удельную поверхность S порошка по формулеwith an internal diameter corresponding to the diameter of the tube). The inductance of the coil with and without powder is measured. Further, the magnetic permeability of the briquette, sintered pellet or ingot, from which nopojDOK is prepared, is determined by determining the coefficient P In and / Inju. dispersion. Accuracy of the accuracy of the method is desirable in order to be determined by the same method. In this case, the sintered plate, briquette or ingot must be of a size that corresponds to: the size of the powder cylinder in the test tube. This is easy to do, since this sample is needed one for the entire batch of powder, and it is easy to make it by the molding method.
