Abstract
Изобретение относитс к приборостроению, в частности к механизмам дл преобразовани вращательного движени в возвратно-поступательное, и может использоватьс в радиотехнической промышленности дл автоподстройки частоты и других целей. Цель изобретени - расширение эксплуатационных возможностей и повышение точности остановки рабочего органа. Это достигаетс последовательным введением в кинематическую цепь механизма возвратно-поступательного движени двух электромагнитных муфт 4 и 5 включени с трем соосными зубчатыми колесами, одно из которых магнитоуправл емое. Муфта 4 соединена с электродвигателем 1 по длинной или короткой кинематической цепи и с муфтой 5. Последн кинематически соединена с рабочим органом 8, совершающим возвратно-поступательное движение, через ходовую гайку 6 и может переключатьс либо на муфту 4, либо на ручной привод, содержащий уплотн ющие кольца 12 из фрикционного материала, играющие роль демпфера дл быстрой и точной остановки рабочего органа при отключении питани от электродвигател 1 и муфты 5. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 6 ил.The invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to mechanisms for converting rotary motion into reciprocating, and can be used in the radio industry for automatic frequency tuning and other purposes. This is achieved by successively introducing into the kinematic chain of the reciprocating mechanism two electromagnetic clutches 4 and 5 of the incorporation with three coaxial gears, one of which is magnetic. The clutch 4 is connected to the motor 1 by a long or short kinematic chain and to the clutch 5. The latter is kinematically connected to the working body 8, reciprocating, through the chassis nut 6 and can be switched either to the clutch 4 or to the manual actuator containing friction rings 12 made of friction material, which play the role of a damper for quick and accurate stopping of the working device when the power is disconnected from the electric motor 1 and clutch 5. 1 Cp. file, 6 slug.
