Abstract

Изобретение относитс к горно-транспортным машинам типа отвалообразователей с приемной стрелой, имеющей два положени - рабочее и транспортное. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение конструкции и снижение металлоемкости отвалообразовател . Последний включает поворотную платформу /ПП/ 2, установленные на ней надстройки /Н/ 5 со стрелой противовеса 6, разгрузочную стрелу /РС/ 3 с конвейером и приемную консоль 7 с конвейером 8, гибкие т ги 10. Одни концы гибких т г 10 соединены с РС 3 и со стрелой противовеса 6, а другие - с Н 5. При этом Н 5 соединена с ПП 2 шарниром 12 с возможностью ее поворота в вертикальной плоскости посредством гидроцилиндров 8. Стрела противовеса 6 снабжена грузозахватным устройством 16, а приемна консоль 7 выполнена с проушинами 17 с возможностью взаимодействи с грузозахватным устройством 16. В рабочем положении высоту подн ти РС 3 регулируют гидроцилиндры 9 поворотом Н 5 вокруг шарнира 12. В транспортное положение РС 3 переводитс наклоном Н 5 до взаимодестви грузозах ватного устройства 16 с приемной консолью 7. Применение гибких т г 10 позвол ет отказатьс от механизмов подъема РС 3 и стрелы противовеса со всеми сопутствующими устройствами. 1 з.п. ф-лы. 4 ил.The invention relates to mining transport machines of the type of spreaders with receiving boom, having two positions - working and transport. At the same time, H 5 is connected to PP 2 by a hinge 12 with the possibility of its rotation in a vertical plane by means of hydraulic cylinders 8. The boom of the counterweight 6 is equipped with a load gripping device 16, and the receiving console 7 is made with eyes 17 with the ability to interact with cargo with the cotton device 16. In the working position, the lifting height of the PC 3 is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinders 9 by turning the H 5 around the hinge 12. The transport position of the PC 3 is shifted by the inclination of the H 5 until the freight device of the cotton device 16 interacts with the receiving console 7. 1.
