Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам, используемым при выкопке корнеплодов свеклы. Цель - повышение качества очистки корнеплодов и снижение их повреждаемости. Лопастный битер корнеуборочной машины содержит установленный в опорах 2 приводной вал 1. На фланцах 3 закреплены лопасти 5, на которых закреплены по две дугообразные направл ющие 6, между которыми размещены ролики 7 на ос х 8. При этом с одной стороны на ос х 8 жестко закреплены шестерни 9, вход щие в зацепление друг с другом. Шестерн 9 нижнего ролика 7 входит в зацепление с шестерней 10, закрепленной на неподвижной опоре 2. Приводной вал вращаетс в опорах вместе с лопаст ми. Корнеплоды свеклы, зажатые между кромками выкапывающих дисков или дисков корнезаборников, подаютс головками вверх в зону вращени лопастей и по ним нанос тс удары. При этом шестерн нижнего ролика обкатывает шестерню, закрепленную на опоре, вращаетс и тем самым вращает остальные шестерни. 2 ил.This invention relates to devices used in digging up beet root crops.
