Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к хирургическим устройствам дл лечени свищей. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение травматизации тканей путем обтурации. Устройство содержит основание 1, упор 2 и фиксатор 3 в виде проволочной петли, выполненный из никелида титана с рабочими концами 4 в виде полудуг, расположенных с возможностью взаимодействи на поверхности съемного упора 2, и нерабочим концом, закрепленным в середине основани 1. При этом основание 1 и упор 2 выполнены из пористого никелида титана в виде пластин одинаковой формы, а размеры упора 2 превышают размеры основани 1, причем длина рабочих концов 4 фиксатора 3 находитс в пределах 0,4-0,6 длины большей оси упора 2 и в пределах 25-40 их диаметров, а размеры упора 2 превышают размеры основани 1 на 6-10 мм. Основание 1 с фиксатором 3 охлаждают до 10°С. Основание 1 ввод т в полость полого органа 6. Упор 2 накладывают на стенку полого органа 6 снаружи. Нагрева сь, рабочие концы 4 восстанавливают форму полудуг и упираютс в поверхность упора 2, осуществл компрессию стенки полого органа 6. 3 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.This invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgical devices for treating fistulas.
