Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture and makes it possible to store the stalks in the air by inhibiting the growth of the "ALTERNARIA, CLADOSPORIUM" fungi and to improve environmental safety. The stalks of bast cultures are treated in air with 40-44% aqueous solution of urea at a flow rate of 0.2-0.4 l per 1 kg of stems with 25% moisture. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the primary processing of bast trees, and specifically to the protection of the bastards of any body builder, and can be used in agriculture and in processing plants for the production of flax and hemp.
Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение возможности хранени стеблей на воздухе за счет ингибировани роста грибов Alternaria,Cladosporium и повышение экологической безопасности .The aim of the invention is to provide the possibility of storing the stalks in the air by inhibiting the growth of the fungi Alternaria, Cladosporium and increasing environmental safety.

A hemp stalk ribbon surface with a density of 1.4 kg / m2 and a 20% stem moisture is irrigated once with a commercial technological device of the brand OP-203 PS with a 42% overnight solution at the rate of 0.4 l / kg mass of the stems with a normalized humidity of 25% The treated stems are left on the glass, where their maturation
продолжают в течение 23 сут, а затем стебли убирают со стлшца. continue for 23 days, and then the stems are removed from the stem.
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. The surface of the sheaves. cannabis stalks with a mass of one sheaf of 2.5 kg and 20% moisture of the stalks are irrigated once using an OP-203PS serial technical device with a 44% -nnm urea solution at a rate of 0.2 l / kg of the mass of the stalks when they are rated at a moisture content of 25%. The treated sheaves are left on the panel, where their maturation is continued for 23 days, and then the sheaves are removed from the panel.
After the hemp stalks are removed from the stump, the characteristics of their ground cover and the labyrinth of the original stalks are determined, which are subjected to wetting under identical conditions and the characteristics of the fiber obtained are determined.
The Meteorological conditions, some characteristics of the labyrinth of the treated and not treated stems after maturation and initial stems, as well as the fiber obtained from them, are listed in the table.
Из таблицы следует, что при действии метеорологических факторов на стебли, разостланные в ленту или св занные в снопы, однократна обработка их поверхности раствором мочевины позвол ет сохранить технологические свойства луб ного покрова (разрывную нагрузку, цвет), что способствует сохранности технологических свойств получаемого волокна (разрывной нагрузки и цвета).It follows from the table that under the action of meteorological factors on stems spread into a ribbon or bound into sheaves, a single treatment of their surface with a solution of urea allows one to preserve the technological properties of the labyrinth (breaking load, color), which contributes to the preservation of the technological properties of the resulting fiber ( breaking load and color).
The proposed method of protection of labial cultures in comparison with the known increases the shelf life of the technological properties of the labyrinth under the action of meteorological factors, increases safety when working with a chemical compound, since urea does not belong to caustic
