Изобретение относитс  к прокатному производству, а именно к универсальным шарнирам т желонагруженных шпинделей приводов прокатных станов. Цель изобретени  - повышение нагрузочной способности шарнира, повышение срока его службы путем улучшени  динамических характеристик приводов. Крут щий момент от полумуфты 1 к полумуфте 2 передаетс  посредством крестовины 3, радиальных 4 и упорных 5 подшипников. Шарнир снабжен дополнительными упорными подшипниками 8. Это позвол ет каждому узлому шарнира воспринимать двустороннюю осевую нагрузку, обеспечить посто нство рабочих зазоров в упорных подшипниках, уменьшить прогиб проушины полумуфт и биение шпинделей. 1 з.п.ф-лы. 3 ил.This invention relates to rolling production, in particular to universal joints of yellow loaded spindles of rolling mill drives.
