Abstract
Изобретение относитс к стоматологическому протезированию и предназначено дл изготовлени зубных протезов с высокими эстетическими характеристиками. Цель изобретени - повышение качества протезов зубов. Способ заключаетс в том, что коронки моделируют сначала из расплавленного воска, перевод т воск в пластмассу, представл ющую собой смесь пластмассы акриловой группы 80-90% и фарфоровой массы 10-20%, путем полимеризации при температуре 100°С, после остывани кюветы извлекают протез, механически обрабатывают, снимают гипс, затем припасовывают на рабочую модель протеза, моделируют окончательную анатомическую форму расплавленным базисным воском, снова заполн ют форму смесью пластмассы акриловой группы 85-95% со сшивающим агентом и фарфоровой массой 5-15%, полимеризуют при температуре 100°С и после остывани формы извлекают протез из кюветы.
