Abstract

The invention relates to the meat industry, namely to devices for deodorizing slaughtered animal products. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of deodorization. A tube 6 is disposed for draining the liquid from the tank 1 through the filter 4. The perforated tube 2 is made spirally bent and is connected to a pump 3 for supplying the liquid to the container. The device works as follows.

It has been established that the effective removal of malodorous substances occurs due to the acceleration of the diffusion of these substances from the raw material being processed in the fluid layer directly at the surface of the fabric carbon filter, since when the carbon filter is placed outside the tank, the deodorization effect is not achieved.

The removal of a specific odor also contributes to the intensive washing of raw materials by supplying water through the tube 2 under pressure in the entire volume of the tank 1, while the water flows from the periphery of the tank 1 to the filter 4.

Recycling water is preferable, since when water is supplied under pressure, it is possible to consume a considerable amount of water, therefore the tube 6 for pumping out water is connected through the pump 3 to the perforated tube 2 for supplying water, forming a closed system.
