Abstract
Изобретение может быть использовано дл уменьшени осевых усилий на упорные подшипники в шнекоцентробежных насосах. Цель изобретени состоит в повышении КПД и расширение диапазона регулировани осевой силы за счет снижени минимального давлени в задисковой пазухе. Устройство содержит вал 2 с рабочим колесом 3, в ведущем диске 4 которого выполнены разгрузочные отверсти 6, шнек 7, соединенный с валом 2 посредством упругого элемента 8 и установленный с возможностью поворота относительно рабочего колеса 3. На выходе 9 шнека 7 установлена шайба 10 с каналами 11, которые при повороте шнека 7 могут совмещаютс с разгрузочными отверсти ми 6. Каналы 11 соединены перепускными каналами 13 с зоной 14 входа шнека. При увеличении скорости вращени вала 2 шнек 7 поворачиваетс относительно рабочего колеса 3 и каналы 11 и 13 соедин ют разгрузочные отверсти 6 с зоной 14 входа шнека. 2 ил.The invention can be used to reduce axial forces on thrust bearings in screw centrifugal pumps.
