Изобретение относитс  к станкостроению и может быть использовано дл  отрезки деталей трубчатой формы при совмещенной обработке их резанием и пластическим деформированием. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение стойкости отрезного инструмента путем снижени  усилий резани  при отрезке. В полость заготовки ввод т раскатник, обеспечивают необходимую величину нат га раскатных роликов и сообщают подачу резцу 1 и жестко св занному с ним деформирующему ролику 3. Проход резца осуществл ют до половины толщины стенки заготовки. При этом резец 1 работает в зоне окружных раст гивающих напр жений, обеспечиваемых раскатными роликами, и осевых раст гивающих напр жений, создаваемых роликом 3. Затем резец 1 выводитс  из зоны резани , а резец 2 осуществл ет прорезку оставшейс  толщины стенки, работа , как и резец 1, в зоне раст гивающих напр жений. 4 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used for cutting pieces of tubular shape with a combined treatment of their cutting and plastic deformation.
