Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение времени вулканизации смеси и повышение стабильности эластических .свойств вулканизатов в процессе теплового старени .The aim of the invention is to reduce the time of vulcanization of the mixture and increase the stability of the elastic properties of the vulcanizates in the process of heat aging.
При получении смеси используют следующие компоненты: каучук СКТ; пасту перекиси бензоила (50%-на ), двуокись титана.When preparing the mixture, the following components are used: SKT rubber; benzoyl peroxide paste (50%), titanium dioxide.
Титанат меди получают в динамическом циркул ционном режиме путем взаимодействи двуокиси титана с водно- аммиачным раствором сернокислой меди с последующим многократным декантированием продукта до отсутстви щелочной реакции и фильтрацией.
