The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the tape. The abrasive tape mounted on the drums is rewound from one drum to another and simultaneously rotated with the drums around the axis of the product. The rewind speed V l is chosen less than the speed of rotation of the drums around the axis of the product. The indicated speed is determined by the formula V l = K (V C + V G ), where V C is the rotation speed of the tape drums

Description
The invention relates to a machine tool industry, in particular to methods of tape processing with an abrasive tool.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение стойкости абразивной ленты и обеспечение стабильности качества обрабатыаемой поверхности .The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the abrasive belt and ensure the stability of the quality of the surface to be treated.
FIG. 1 shows a device for implementing the method; in fig. 2 - cutting scheme.
7.The abrasive belt system is mounted on the rotating faceplate 1 and contains abrasive belt 2 worn on drums 3 and 4 and in contact with the pin 5 and tension 6 rollers. (The drive of the abrasive belt system is conventionally not shown). The washer 1 performs a counter rotational motion relative to the rotation of the workpiece 7.
The abrasive belt 2 is slowly rewound from the drum 3 to the drum 4 at a speed selected in such a way that
The area of the abrasive belt during the processing of this part has worn out completely. This leads to the fact that the tape begins processing the subsequent surface or part with a fresh area (intensive cutting), which by the end of processing wears out completely (polishing). As the belt wears out, the intensity of the treatment drops, but it also increases the cleanliness of the surface being treated. The feed rate of the tape depends on the properties of the material being processed. The next part of the tape begins to process the new site.
The method is carried out as follows.
The workpiece is reported to rotate and move longitudinally. The abrasive belt system is rotated around the axis of the workpiece, and the tape is rewound from one drum to another. In this case, the tape rewinding speed is less than the speed of rotation of the abrasive belt system.

При этом каждый последующий участок ленты обрабатывает новую деталь и к концу обработки полностью изнашиваетс .The tape rewind speed is determined such that the portion of the abrasive belt that processes the part is completely worn out. In this case, each subsequent section of the belt processes the new part and by the end of processing it wears out completely.
е. полирование .As shown in FIG. 2, at the same time, a group of grains is involved in the cutting process. The part of the tape in contact with the part has a different wear rate: at the beginning of cutting (this part of the tape), intensive processing with a fresh area — grinding, and at the end — less intensive processing with a worn area, i.e. polishing, occurs.
Since the abrasive belt system installed on the faceplate 1 performs with it a counter rotational motion relative to the part, the speed vp is defined as the sum of their speeds:
Vp Vc+Vg,Vp Vc + Vg,
где УС - скорость вращени системы абразивной ленты;where US is the speed of rotation of the abrasive belt system;
vg- скорость вращени детали.vg is the speed of rotation of the part.
Дл определени скорости перемотки ленты , удовлетвор ющей условию полного износа ленты при обработке детали, экспериментальным путем установлена зависимость скорости перемотки ленты от скорости резани :To determine the tape rewind speed, which satisfies the condition of complete tape wear during the machining of a part, the dependence of the tape rewind speed on the cutting speed is experimentally established:
(ve+V,), М/С,(ve + V,), M / S,
где k - коэффициент обрабатываемости материала детали;where k is the coefficient of workability of the material of the part;
Дл получени сравнительных данных проводилась обработка по предлагаемому способу. v, is the tape rewinding speed. At a certain cutting speed for various processed materials, the optimum value of the tape rewinding speed is found, at which its full wear is ensured with maximum productivity. The mathematical analysis of experimentally obtained vp values and showed that the tape rewinding speed is proportional to the cutting speed and is expressed by the dependence () m / s, Example. In order to obtain comparative data, the processing by the proposed method was carried out.
В качестве обрабатываемых материалов были выбраны представители различных групп сталей: конструкционна (сталь 45), легированные (ШХ15), нержавеющие (ЧХ13) и быстрорежущие 5 (Р18).The treatment was carried out at a cutting speed of vp (vc-r-Vg) of 20 m / s with a tape of 23A5 at various feeds of the tape. The criterion for determining the magnitude of the feed rate (rewinding) of the tape was the complete loss of the cutting properties of the tape. Representatives of various groups of steels were selected as materials to be processed: structural (steel 45), alloyed (ShKh15), stainless (ChKh13) and high-speed 5 (P18).
Подставл значени v и vp в формулу, получали значени коэффициента обрабатываемости материала детали k(83, 559 10-).Substituting the values of v and vp into the formula, we obtained the values of the workability coefficient of the material of the part k (83, 559 10-).
Experimental data of the loss of the cutting properties of the tape when processing various groups of steels is given in the table.

е. дл обработки одного и того же объема сплава требуетс большой объем абразивного сло .As can be seen from the table, with a decrease in workability, the feed rate of the tape increases, i.e., a large amount of abrasive layer is required to process the same volume of alloy.
5-8%.Control experiments showed that when processing different representatives of steels belonging to one group, k varies from 5 to 8%.
18 8.The increase in durability of the abrasive belt is determined as follows.
