Description
The invention relates to medical technology, in particular to devices for removing liquids from cavities of an organism and wounds.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of drainage.
FIG. 1 shows a working perforated area of the tube; in fig. 2 shows a tube, a general view.
The drainage tube is made of elastic material and contains inlet 1 and outlet 2 parts and a working perforated part with holes 3 and 4, made at opposite ends with a diameter constantly decreasing to the middle part 5. The outlet part 1 of the tube is connected to container 6 with an antiseptic solution. The outlet part 2 of the tube is connected to a collection of 7 exudates.
The proposed drainage tube is used as follows.
In the cavity of the wound 8 place the perforated portion of the tube. The wound is sewn up by stitching 9. From tank 6 an antiseptic solution is supplied, which, through a reduced section to the middle 5 of the working section, contributes to the exit of the main part of it through the holes 3 through the reduced resistance to the middle of the working section. The exit part through the holes 3 of the antiseptic solution flow enters the wound cavity, washes it, has a healing effect, simultaneously dilutes the exudate and tissue detritus. Part of the flow of antiseptic solution in transit passes through the outlet part of the tube 2 and then enters the collection 7 of the exudate. Due to the fact that from the middle of the working part of the tube to the end of the working part of the tube there should be a uniform increase in the flow area, i.e. a decrease in the flow resistance of the flow, a vacuum (vacuum) occurs in this section, resulting in a tube in this section through the holes 4 perforation fluid is sucked from the wound cavity, which contains an antiseptic solution, exudate and tissue detritus. The received fluid is additionally diluted with an antiseptic solution and removed into exudate collection 7, which, in turn, promotes active washing of the wound cavity and removal of exudate and tissue debris.
Длительное промывание обеспечивает качественную очистку полости раны, а применение антисептических растворов оказывает пр мой подавл ющий эффект на мик§Prolonged washing provides a high-quality cleaning of the wound cavity, and the use of antiseptic solutions has a direct inhibitory effect on the mix

The technical simplicity and availability, the absence of the need to use additional technical devices (vacuum suction) creates the possibility of widespread use of the proposed device in almost any conditions.
В качестве антисептического раствора возможно примен ть растворы фурациллина гексидина, физиологического раствора с антибиотиками широкого спектра действи .As an antiseptic solution, it is possible to use solutions of furacillin hexidine, a physiological solution with broad-spectrum antibiotics.
