Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a high-efficiency medical anti-blocking drainage device and a using method thereof.
Background
The clinical surgical drainage tubes are used in many kinds, some are used for catheterization, and some are used for wounds, thoracic cavities, brain cavities, gastrointestinal tracts, biliary tracts and the like. Surgical drainage is to guide pus, blood and liquid accumulated in human tissues or body cavities to the outside of the body so as to prevent postoperative infection from spreading and influencing wound healing.
At present, most of various drainage tubes commonly used in clinic have single functions, only can drain and cannot wash, and only a small part of the drainage tubes can wash, but the design is unreasonable, for example, in the current Kongli drainage tube applied in clinic, a water inlet pipe is sleeved in a suction pipe, water flow cannot be released into human organ tissues outside the suction pipe, so that the dead circulation sucked out in the suction pipe after water enters the suction pipe cannot play a role in washing the human organ tissues. Chinese patent (application No. 201520472866.2, published as 2016, 1, 13) discloses a medical irrigation drainage tube, which comprises an outer tube, an inner tube and two side tubes, wherein the inner tube is embedded in the outer tube, the two side tubes are both arranged outside the inner tube, when the medical irrigation drainage tube is used, the space between the second side tube and the first side tube can be blocked by human tissue, and simultaneously, pus, blood and liquid accumulated in tissues or body cavities inside a wound can not be diluted and completely drained to the outside of the human body, thereby easily causing wound infection. Although a part of drainage tubes in the prior art have a flushing function, tissue fluid flushed from a human body easily causes the blockage of the drainage tubes, so that the drainage tubes cannot continue to play a drainage function, and in severe cases, secondary pollution is caused to operation wounds of patients.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency medical anti-blocking drainage device, which comprises a drainage tube, a blade-shaped filter screen, a negative pressure tube, a mixing tube and a fixing ring sleeve;
the side wall of the drainage tube is provided with a plurality of first through holes;
a blade-shaped filter screen is arranged in the drainage tube; the blade-shaped filter screen surrounds along the inner part of the drainage tube; the blade-shaped filter screen is in a conical shape; the conical part of the blade-shaped filter screen and the inner wall of the drainage tube form the negative pressure tube connecting port; a spiral blade is arranged in the negative pressure pipe connecting port; the negative pressure pipe connecting port is connected with a negative pressure device; the first through holes are positioned below the blade-shaped filter screen; when the negative pressure device works, the spiral blade rotates;
the mixing pipe is connected with the pipe orifice of the drainage pipe; the mixing pipe is used for flushing liquid or gas into the drainage pipe;
the negative pressure tube and the mixing tube are fixed on the drainage tube through the fixing ring; and the fixed ring sleeve is provided with a vent hole.
Furthermore, the blade-shaped filter screen is not provided with filter holes along the edge surrounded by the inner wall of the drainage tube.
Further, the device also comprises a first side pipe and a second side pipe;
the first side pipe and the second side pipe are both arranged on the pipe wall of the drainage pipe; the first side pipe is used for inputting washing liquid into the drainage pipe; the second side tube is used for inputting washing liquid into the body cavity.
Furthermore, a plurality of third through holes are formed in the first side pipe, and the third through holes are used for communicating the drainage pipe with the first side pipe;
and a second through hole is formed in the second side tube, and the second side tube is communicated with the inside of the body cavity through the second through hole.
Furthermore, a plurality of drainage grooves are formed in the blade-shaped filter screen; the notch of the drainage groove is collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port.
Further, the bottom of the drainage groove is connected with the side wall through an arc.
The invention also provides a use method of the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device, which comprises the following steps:
s110: inserting the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device into the body cavity;
s120: opening the negative pressure device, sucking the polluted tissue fluid to the outside of the drainage tube through the negative pressure tube, enabling the polluted tissue fluid in the body cavity to flow into the drainage tube through the first through hole, and collecting the polluted tissue fluid to a negative pressure tube connecting port through a leaf-shaped filter screen;
s130: when the negative pressure device works, the spiral blade rotates to discharge the polluted tissue fluid collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port out of the human body;
s140: after the polluted tissue fluid is drained completely, the efficient medical anti-blocking drainage device is pulled out from the body cavity.
Further, in S120 and S130, when the inner wall of the body cavity of the patient is tightly attached to the drainage tube, gas is filled into the drainage tube through the mixing tube; the air pressure of the filling air is smaller than the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure device.
Further, in S120 and S130, when a part of the contaminated tissue fluid in the drainage tube is accumulated at the bottom of the drainage tube, a washing fluid is filled into the bottom of the drainage tube through the mixing tube, and the bottom of the drainage tube is cleaned.
According to the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device provided by the invention, the blade-shaped filter screen is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage tube, the conical part of the blade-shaped filter screen and the inner wall of the drainage tube form a negative pressure tube connecting port, the polluted tissue fluid is collected in the negative pressure tube connecting port through the blade-shaped filter screen, the helical blade in the negative pressure tube connecting port rotates through the working of the negative pressure device, and the helical blade rotates to discharge the polluted tissue fluid to the outside of the drainage tube better; the mixing tube is used for filling gas into the drainage tube to keep the gas pressure balance or filling liquid into the drainage tube to clean the inner wall of the drainage tube. By adopting the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device provided by the invention, the drainage tube cannot be blocked in the using process, and contaminated tissue fluid in a body cavity can be drained cleanly, so that the environment in the body cavity can be cleaned, inflammation is localized, tissue repair is facilitated, and postoperative infection diffusion and wound healing influence are prevented.

The embodiment of the invention provides a high-efficiency medical anti-blocking drainage device, which is shown in figure 1: comprises a drainage tube 10, a blade-shaped filter screen 20, a negative pressure tube 30, a mixing tube 40 and a fixing ring sleeve 50;
the side wall of the drainage tube 10 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 11;
a blade-shaped filter screen 20 is arranged in the drainage tube 10; the vane-shaped screen 20 is wound along the inside of the draft tube 10; the blade-shaped filter screen 20 is in a conical shape; the conical part of the blade-shaped filter screen 20 and the inner wall of the drainage tube 10 form the negative pressure tube connecting port 12; a helical blade 60 is arranged in the negative pressure pipe connecting port 12; the negative pressure pipe connecting port 12 is connected with a negative pressure device; the first through holes 11 are positioned below the blade-shaped filter screen 20; when the negative pressure device works, the spiral blade 60 rotates;
the mixing tube 40 is connected with the orifice of the drainage tube 10; the mixing tube 40 is used for flushing washing liquid or gas into the drainage tube 10;
the negative pressure tube 30 and the mixing tube 40 are fixed on the drainage tube 10 through the fixing ring 50; the fixed ring sleeve 50 is provided with a vent hole.
When the medical drainage device is specifically implemented, the efficient medical anti-blocking drainage device is inserted into a body cavity, the negative pressure device is opened to suck polluted tissue fluid in the body cavity into the drainage tube 10 through the negative pressure tube 30, and the polluted tissue fluid enters the drainage tube 10 through the first through hole 11; the negative pressure device continues to work, and the contaminated tissue fluid entering the drainage tube 10 is absorbed and collected to the negative pressure tube connecting port 12; when the negative pressure device works, air is sucked outwards, the helical blade 60 rotates, and the polluted tissue fluid collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port 12 is extruded out of the drainage pipe 10.
Preferably, a bracket is provided at the negative pressure pipe connection port 12, and the bracket is used for mounting the spiral vane 60. The helical blade 60 is driven by the negative pressure device without the need for a driving device.
According to the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device provided by the invention, the blade-shaped filter screen is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage tube 10, the conical part of the blade-shaped filter screen and the inner wall of the drainage tube 10 form the negative pressure tube connecting port 12, the polluted tissue fluid is collected in the negative pressure tube connecting port 12 through the blade-shaped filter screen 20, the helical blade 60 in the negative pressure tube connecting port 12 rotates through the work of the negative pressure device, and the polluted tissue fluid is better discharged to the outside of the drainage tube 10 through the rotation of the helical blade 60; the mixing tube 40 is used to fill the inside of the draft tube 10 with gas to maintain the gas pressure equilibrium or to fill liquid for cleaning the inner wall of the draft tube 10. By adopting the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device provided by the invention, the drainage tube 10 cannot be clogged in the using process, and contaminated tissue fluid in a body cavity can be drained cleanly, so that the environment in the body cavity can be cleaned, inflammation is localized, tissue repair is facilitated, and postoperative infection diffusion and wound healing influence are prevented.
Preferably, the blade-shaped strainer 20 is not provided with filtering holes along the edge surrounded by the inner wall of the draft tube 10.
In specific implementation, the blade-shaped filter screen 20 is not provided with filter holes along the edge surrounded by the inner wall of the drainage tube 10, so that the polluted tissue fluid can conveniently rise to the blade-shaped filter screen 20 along the inner wall of the drainage tube 10 and then be collected to the negative pressure tube connecting port 12 along the blade-shaped filter screen 20.
Preferably, a first side tube 70 and a second side tube 80;
the first side tube 70 and the second side tube 80 are both arranged on the tube wall of the drainage tube 10; the first side pipe 70 is used for inputting washing liquid into the interior of the drainage tube 10; the second side tube 80 is used for introducing the washing liquid into the body cavity; the end of the second side tube 80 extends to the outside of the end of the drain tube 10.
Preferably, a plurality of third through holes 71 are formed on the first side tube 70, and the third through holes 71 communicate the drainage tube 10 with the first side tube 70;
the second side tube 80 is provided with a second through hole 81, and the second through hole 81 communicates the second side tube 80 with the inside of the body cavity.
When the medical anti-blocking drainage device is specifically implemented, the efficient medical anti-blocking drainage device is inserted into a body cavity, flushing fluid is input into the body cavity through the second side tube 80, contaminated tissues in the body cavity can be cleaned, the contaminated tissues in the body cavity are cleaned, the negative pressure is absorbed to the outside of the body cavity through the negative pressure tube 30, negative pressure is formed in the drainage tube 10, contaminated tissue fluid can enter the drainage tube 10 through the first through hole 11 and is collected to the negative pressure tube connecting port 12; when the negative pressure device works, air is sucked outwards, the helical blade 60 rotates, and the polluted tissue fluid collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port 12 is extruded to the outside of the drainage pipe 10, so that the polluted tissue fluid is discharged out of the human body.
After the contaminated tissue fluid enters the interior of the drainage tube 10 and blocks the interior of the drainage tube 10, a flushing fluid can be injected into the interior of the drainage tube 10 through the first side tube 70 for cleaning the inner cavity wall of the drainage tube 10, so that the contaminated tissue fluid enters the inner cavity of the drainage tube 10 through the first through hole 11 and is then sucked to the outside of the human body through the negative pressure tube 30, thereby preventing the body tissue fluid from blocking the drainage tube 10, and the contaminated tissue fluid between the inner wall of the body cavity and the outer wall of the drainage tube 10 is difficult to flow into the interior of the drainage tube 10 through the first through hole.
Preferably, a plurality of drainage grooves are arranged on the blade-shaped filter screen 20; the notch of the drainage groove is collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port 12.
Preferably, the bottom of the drainage groove is connected with the side wall through a circular arc.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a use method of the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s110: inserting the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device into the body cavity;
s120: opening the negative pressure device, sucking the polluted tissue fluid to the outside of the drainage tube through the negative pressure tube, enabling the polluted tissue fluid in the body cavity to flow into the drainage tube through the first through hole, and collecting the polluted tissue fluid to a negative pressure tube connecting port through a leaf-shaped filter screen;
s130: when the negative pressure device works, the spiral blade rotates to discharge the polluted tissue fluid collected at the negative pressure pipe connecting port out of the human body;
preferably, in S120 and S130, when the inner wall of the body cavity of the patient is tightly attached to the drainage tube, gas is filled into the drainage tube through the mixing tube; the air pressure of the filled gas is less than the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure device;
preferably, in S120 and S130, when part of the contaminated tissue fluid in the drainage tube is accumulated at the bottom of the drainage tube, a washing fluid is filled into the bottom of the drainage tube through the mixing tube, and the bottom of the drainage tube is cleaned;
s140: after the polluted tissue fluid is drained completely, the efficient medical anti-blocking drainage device is pulled out from the body cavity.
By adopting the use method of the efficient medical anti-clogging drainage device provided by the invention, the drainage tube cannot be clogged, and contaminated tissue fluid in the body cavity can be drained cleanly, so that the environment in the body cavity can be cleaned, inflammation is localized, tissue repair is facilitated, and postoperative infection diffusion and wound healing influence are prevented.
Although terms such as drainage tube, through hole, suction tube connection opening, leaf screen, suction tube, mixing tube, retaining ring, leaf screen, spiral blade, side tube etc. are used more often in this context, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded.
