Abstract
1. Способ нагрева газа, заключающийся в подаче последнего на предварительно нагретую до определенной температуры теплоаккумулирующую насадку и дальнейшем выравнивании температуры газа для поддержания заданного значения путем контактного теплообмена с теплоносителем, имеющим температуру меньше температуры нагрева насадки, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения экономичности путем сокращения времени нагрева, в качестве теплоносителя используют дополнительную теплоаккумулирующую насадку, причем температура последней равна заданной температуре нагрева газа и в 0,5...0,6 раза меньше температуры нагрева основной теплоаккумулирующей насадки.2. Устройство для нагрева газа, содержащее корпус и размещенные в нем по крайней мере две группы теплоаккумулирующих насадок со сквозными каналами для прохода газа, выполненные в виде расположенных одна относительно другой с зазорами пластин, причем в зазоры помещены спиральные нагревательные элементы, при этом в первой группе в зазоры дополнительно помещены прокладки из высокотеплопроводного материала, а пластины установлены поперечно оси корпуса, отличающееся тем, что пластины второй группы насадок установлены продольно оси корпуса, а зазоры между ними образуют упомянутые каналы для прохода газа, причем масса насадок второй группы превышает массу насадок первой группы в 1,5...1,7 раза.1.
