The invention relates to medical technology, namely to surgical instruments. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time and simplify fixation. The microsurgical retainer comprises a tubular body 1 within which are arranged with the possibility of longitudinal movement and fixation, the needle rod 3 is made for a single whole and guided. The microsurgical retainer comprises a handle made in the form of a tubular body 1 provided with a head 2 at one end thereof, and a needle rod 3 made integral with the guide 4. The tubular body 1 is provided at the other end with a thrust fork 5 with two curved in arc teeth 6, and the guide 4 is made in the form of a wave-shaped fixer containing at least three half-waves, and is provided at the opposite end of the needle rod 3 with a handle 7, which is a closed ring. A needle rod 3 with a wavy guide 4 is installed in the cavity of the tubular body, 1 with the possibility of longitudinal movement and fixation.
