。Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, blood vessel anastomoses have mainly been performed using suturing techniques using a doctor's fingertips, needles, and threads without using any auxiliary instruments. Although a device for joining two blood vessels in the long sleeve direction is known as a blood vessel suturing device, it is not suitable for complex blood vessel anastomosis in which a joining hole is provided in the side wall of the blood vessel and a bypass is formed from this.

等の難点がみられた。In such cases, manual intervention is necessary, but if no auxiliary equipment is used, there is a risk of damaging the white label or edge of the blood vessel with fingers or needle points, and the opening of the edge of the blood vessel may not be sufficient. Attaching the threads is laborious and requires a great deal of time even for an experienced person, and has the disadvantage of consuming most of the limited surgical time.

This auxiliary device for blood vessel anastomosis consists of a threading space and a grip provided at the rear end of the threading space.

ようになっている。As described above, in the present invention, since the introduction part is provided at the distal end, the introduction part can be inserted from the edge of the blood vessel and the blood vessel can be shaped into a substantially large opening at the body. Since the threading space forms a space in the long sleeve direction, the curved needle passes through the edge and passes through the threading space, thereby attaching the thread to the shaped edge. Normally, 20 to 40 wooden threads are hung in the anastomosis of a blood vessel, but by inserting an introduction part into the end edge, it is possible to protect the inner wall of the blood vessel and make it larger, creating a space for threading. In conjunction with this, the work of threading can now be done easily, quickly and reliably. Due to the presence of a space for threading, thread can be threaded smoothly.
It can be easily used even by a person who is not as skilled as the conventional example, and can be stably handled by pinching the gripping part with the fingertips.

The grip part 4 is formed to have a length that allows it to be held between two fingertips and stably support the introduction part 1 and the body part 2. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing how this device is used to thread a thread. 5 is a blood vessel taken out from an artery or vein, 6 is a needle, the whole is curved in a round shape, and the tail is stopped at the rear. Attach the thread 7 to the section. 8 indicates a needle holder holding a needle, and 9 indicates a fingertip.

It has become so. When the auxiliary instrument of the present invention inserted into the blood vessel is grasped with the fingertips of one arm using the grip section 4 until the tip of the threading space enters, the threading becomes easy. After attaching the thread 7, the needle 6 is held between the needle holders 8 and the other arm is inserted into the edge of the blood vessel 5, and the curved needle is pulled out through the thread threading space 3. The thread is attached to the edge. After attaching a thread to a part of the edge, by rotating it, the thread hanging space 3 moves.

There are 20 to 40 threads that can be hung on the edge of a blood vessel, but by using the device of the present invention, the needle can be operated by simply rotating it little by little, making full use of the space for threading. Conventionally, this type of surgery takes about 20 to 30 minutes due to the anastomosis going up the thread, but this has the effect of cutting the time by about half. Furthermore, there are 2 types of blood vessels.
There are 6+sm types, and opening surgery can be performed accordingly for each type, providing great convenience, safety, and stability during surgery.
